At Millennium Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture acquisitions. If an item doesn't perfectly suit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the product in its original shipping materials, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of the box, removing or covering any old tracking barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gallery team inspects the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
